An Oasis of Calm in a Busy City

This apartment is perfect, and truthfully, I hate to leave it because I doubt I will find another one this great! First, Danielle and her family are so thoughtful and hospitable. Not only were they welcoming upon my arrival, they are quick to address questions and concerns. Also, they live very quietly....I never had any problem sleeping due to noise. Second, in addition to being very attractive and comfortable, you have essentially everything you need in the unit! There's a kitchenette equipped with toaster oven, Keurig, microwave, a couple of portable cooktops, a huge fridge with ice maker, dishes, pots/pans, etc. The whole unit has been beautifully remodeled and attractively decorated, including a comfy queen bed with provided linens; bathroom linens are provided as well. Windows have blinds and curtains which block out most of the light if you work nights. In addition, there is a storage area adjacent to the kitchen for boxes/bins. I could go on, but I've run out of space!

A bit Baffled..

Honestly, the place is nice, besides all of the huge spiders. I did see less, as it got colder outdoors. The owner's children were really kind and friendly. The owner isn't there full time, so they are hosting. However, the owner took $200 from me, and claimed it was for a cleaning fee that was not in the lease. She also praised how good of a job I did cleaning the place, during our walk through. That was shocking. So, screenshot your lease, before she removes access and record your walk through!! My feelings are truly hurt.

Fantastic space and host

I had the pleasure of staying here for three months, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The living space is ideal, with lots of space and privacy. The host and her family were incredibly kind and attentive, making my stay truly enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for both long and short-term visits. While the pictures capture the charm of the property, its important to highlight the host family's thoughtfulness and willingness to help. The location is quiete, safe, and family oriented. Definitely a 10/10 experience renting here. Thanks again for everything!
