This brand new home is extremely comfortable and well appointed. The owners did an especially good job of picking really nice furniture that not only looks great but is comfortable. We enjoyed the close proximity to Verrado and frequented the nearby shops and restaurants repeatedly. Also, the neighborhood is quiet with no issues or nuisances. Contact was very easy and seamless. I was pleasantly surprised at how low the electricity bill was even with charging my EV every night. Its a great place!
