Me and my husband along with our dog and cat, really enjoyed our stay with Tess and Kevin. We felt very much at home after a two months stay. We just love Tess and Kevin and would absolutely stay here again or have family and friends stay here. The neighborhood is so gorgeous, their home is so beautiful, our cozy two bedroom was perfect. Perfect Spot - Gratious Hosts

What better can I say then booked a short stay and stayed almost a year. Great neighborhood, a jumping point close to all things good in Portland, but also far enough away to be safe and quite Tess and Kevin were great hosts. Close to take care of anything and kind enough to make you feel to home. Apartment has everything anyone would need for a short stay or long. Tall cielings, lots of light and storage too.

This property is truly a gem. This was our first travel contract and we had never been to Portland. Let me just start out by saying that Tess was thorough in details and extremely welcoming from our very first phone call. Her and her husband have been amazing landlords and stocked up our place with anything we could ask for. Toilet paper, tooth brushes, laundry detergent etc. you name it and it was here for us! Not to mention, the most awesome people and quite literally our first friends we made on our new adventure! The place itself is extremely clean, the beds are comfortable, its super spacious, and the kitchen came with everything we could have asked for! The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful as well. We had such an amazing experience going into our first contract here and are very grateful. Thank you Tess!
