The PERFECT Place To Stay!

I had the absolute best experience staying at this property. I needed a short-term rental in the Seattle area, as I was working both in downtown Seattle and Kirkland. The location of this property proved to be the perfect halfway point between these two cities. The apartment had everything you could possibly need, and more. The owners of the property, Kathy and Dave, were the absolute nicest people and took care of anything that arised (they were virtually zero issues). The island itself is such a pretty place to explore and live, and I absolutely would stay here again if given the chance. Thank you so much Dave and Kathy!

Great Mercer Island Apartment!

I had a great stay at Kathy and Dave's apartment! I was working in Bellevue for the summer and it was an easy commute by public transit (and will be even easier once the new light rail station opens). The apartment itself is very nice, with new appliances and furniture, and felt spacious and comfortable, staying cool even on the hottest days of summer. Kathy and Dave were always very kind and responsive to my needs. Mercer Island is a charming little community -- I especially enjoyed walking the nature trails and shopping at the farmers market. On top of that, it's quick and easy to get to Seattle or Bellevue. Would recommend to anyone seeking comfortable accommodations in a quiet neighborhood.
