Entire basement with private entrance, 1 bedroom, private bathroom, kitchenette and living space

Wonderful safe place, quiet neighborhood, and great owners!

I was a student staying at this safe and beautiful accommodation for two months. It was my first time using Furnished Finders, and I'm so glad it was with Ma'am Ruth and her family who were very gracious and kind! The unit is spacious, clean, and well-furnished with ample cooking tools, bathroom supplies, and cleaning supplies as well; it is exactly as described in the listing description. CVS, Walgreens, McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts, and the local grocery store are less than 10 mins walk away. Right outside of the neighborhood are smaller shops as well. The neighborhood itself is quiet and peaceful, and I always felt safe walking outside. If I were staying near Chicago, I'd choose this accommodation every time!

Absolute gem of a property!

I stayed over the summer... Absolutely LOVED staying here! Ruth is great and very accommodating! The space is great! Nice, open layout, and everything worked great. There is a lot to do nearby (you MUST visit Jerry's market!) without feeling like you're in the big city. If I travel to the Chicago area again for work, I'm definitely staying again!
