We do allow dogs however, I'm sorry but we do not allow cats. This is rate based off a single person occupancy of a two bed one bath. It is a ranch style home. If you are a group of 3 travel healthcare folks there is a third room that could be available but would be at a different rate.

Very homey neighborhood. Very close to several grocery stores and places to eat. Very quick access to most major highways and straight simple drive to most hospitals. This location is in the middle so most locations are not more than 20 min drive in either direction.

Close to Rock Island Trail!
Excellent host. Safe neighborhood. Was the perfect location for us to winter. Loved being so close to the Rock Island Trail, we were able to ride our bikes on the trail in the fall and spring.

Great price!
Charming house that is very accessible to nearby hospitals. I worked at Children's Mercy and it was a short easy drive. Owner is very friendly and easy to work with and addressed any questions or concerns very quickly. The neighborhood is nice and very walkable. I'm an avid walker clocking 3-4 miles outside daily and this fit my needs. Would highly recommend this location.
