Great place and location!

The townhouse was very clean and well kept. It is also in a very nice location that was within walking distance of several things. I appreciate how accommodating, helpful, and welcoming the owners were. We had a great stay!

Perfect

I enjoyed my stay here for 3 months. It was clean and convenient! I was glad to have a place near work, and also access to a yard with a fence for my dog. They had just about everything you could need as well. Kinnari was extremely responsive with any issue I had, which were few, and she was extremely kind. Very willing to work with my schedule as far as getting the house cleaned each month. Highly recommend!

Spent a great three months in the Tarpon River neighborhood. Easy walk to Riverwalk, downtown Ft. Lauderdale, and several lovely parks along the New River. Short drive to the beach. Bright sunlit unit with the two big bedrooms upstairs. Appreciated the newly renovated bathrooms and top-of-the line appliances. Patio and fenced backyard were a big plus. Kinnari and Nik are easy to contact and very responsive to requests.

Great Stay!

This place was perfect for us. We needed a short term rental while our house is being my renovated and this place was great. Had everything we needed for our 2 month stay. Also had a perfect years for our dog. Very convenient and centrally located. Would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks for having us!
