Large One-Bedroom Apartment

I stayed in this basement apartment for 6 mos. The apartment is very quiet and private, you hear almost no noise from upstairs. T and M are great landlords. If you have any issues, M is very handy and able to fix things right away. The area is close to the highway which makes it easy to get anywhere in the Charlotte area. I really enjoyed my time here and will definitely stay again if I go back to this area.

An affordable gem with lovely hosts!

Travel nurse here! I rented this apartment for nearly a year while on contract at CMC. The space was incredibly clean, quiet and private. Large open floorplan, especially considering the reasonable price. Very close commute to Atrium Cabbarus, but the commute to CMC or Novant main in Charlotte is very manageable. The property owners are lovely people, and made our stay wonderful, they were honest, fair and kind people that are very understanding of the challenges and hurdles of travel work. Wonderful kitchen, large bedroom, and the private driveway and patio we're superb. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, just far enough removed from the hustle of the city. I could not recommend this rental enough!
