Cute, Cozy Place

A is an excellent landlord and host. She's very responsive, kind, thoughtful, flexible, and helpful. The house is cute and nicely decorated with thoughtful touches. The space is calm and peaceful with outside seating to enjoy the sunshine and the yard. I like that there are two beds (in case you have a visitor), a big one in the loft and a smaller one downstairs. There's good A/C for summer and strong heating in the winter. The water flow is powerful with good hot water. A really nice kitchen area with a full stove. I enjoyed the hardwood floors all over, the butcher-block countertop, and the deep, wide sink. There are plenty of shelves and cupboards and some extra storage space. There's also parking out front of the main house, and it's only about ten minutes to drive to downtown Lexington. It was a treat to stay here, and I hope to come back one day!
