This was a great place to live as an Obgyn resident. Less than five minutes from hospital. Often rode my bike. I felt safe leaving early and coming home late.

Location location location
This condo fit my family perfectly during a short notice need. While it could use a recliner or other seating so you arent all sitting side by side, it has a full kitchen, 2 full baths (1 bath has a step-in shower). It was unbelievably close to Shands as well as any shopping, dining, or gym you could want. The landlord was friendly and easy to work with.
