Pleasantly Surprised!

I left my apt because of problematic neighbors and to be closer to my daughter ...lived in this space for about 3-4 months. It was my first time renting a room so I was nervous , however I was surprised at how comfortable the space was. The downstairs was impeccably clean, well taken care of and beautifully decorated. When I met the owner ,Bruno, I was immediately at ease with his calm and respectful demeanor . There is plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. I didn't know I was a dog person until I met Ballu...the sweetest..most polite well-mannered pup I've ever met...my only regret is that I didn't get to hug him goodbye...I have a 23 yr old daughter and if she ever found herself between homes I would insist she inquire if this spot was available before looking elsewhere

Quiet room cozy home

I had the pleasure of staying here after being forced out of my apartment. The space is in a quiet neighborhood and very close to anything you could possibly need. The landlord is calm well mannered and quiet, but if you get him talking hes one of the most intelligent and intriguing people you may ever meet. The closet has tons of space and the bathroom is very spacious and you get access to a beautiful back porch and very nice kitchen. I could not possibly recommend it more. There is a dog, however hes the sweetest dog you will ever meet.
