Wonderful and Relaxing Stay

I really enjoyed my stay at the Conesus Lake House during my summer internship. Tyson was very understanding and accommodating to any needs I had, and I always felt safe and secure during my stay. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, and the beautiful view overlooking Conesus Lake made it a perfect place to relax after work. I would highly recommend staying here.

I stayed here for a month while doing an internship and it was a perfect place. It was modern style and had everything needed for a stay and everything was in prefect condition. There was a beautiful view of lake even in the winter. Tyson was a wonderful host/landlord and respond to any questions and concerns with understanding and urgency. It was in close proximity to restaurants, and stores. I recommend staying here!

A wonderful stay on Conesus Lake

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Conesus Lake House for a year, and we were very happy. Hard to beat that lake view! The interior space is well-maintained, modern, and clean, with all the amenities you would expect. The sofa and bed were comfortable, appliances in excellent condition, and climate control well-functioning. Even better, the suite has access to a gorgeous outdoor space, with a fireplace and outdoor chairs. From spring through fall, the garden path blooms with flowers and the vibrant green makes for a very serene atmosphere. Tyson is always pleasant, responsive, and accommodating. He promptly takes care of tasks like lawn maintenance and making sure the driveway is cleared during the snowy months. There is access to the lake close by, and the suite is close to shopping and restaurants in Geneseo, Liviona proper, and the north end of the lake. Beautiful parks like Stonybrook, Letchworth, and Watkins Glen are nearby. Downtown Rochester is only half an hour away.
