A beautiful 1 bdrm, 1 bath located in a country setting on a private pond

Great place and location!

This place is beautiful, modern, and has a lot of room! Me and my wife stayed here all summer, and we have nothing but good things to say. The modern appliances have also been great. The property is in a very safe area, and the surroundings really are beautiful. It makes you forget about the busyness of the city, and have your own piece of home in a calm and quiet area. And finally, the owners have been nothing but perfect. They are so kind, considerate, and just overall lovely people. They care about your stay here, and we really appreciated that.

Living in God's country!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 months stay in this charming little cottage. The tranquil and idyllic setting amongst the 60 acres of pine trees, fishing ponds, and abundant wildlife was not only private, but also very conveniently located to major arteries connecting us to all we needed in the Triad. It truly felt like living in God’s country! A bonus was smelling the fresh cut grass in the summer and the friendly folks at Bernie’s Berries farmer’s market around the corner. The cottage was clean, well-appointed, and beautifully decorated. The hosts were very responsive, friendly, and helpful with any questions. We would have stayed longer had there been availability. It was sad to leave. Highly recommend!

Loved my stay

Loved my stay in this little one-bedroom, one-bath cottage. It’s tucked away on a beautiful 60-acre family farm with the most peaceful pond right in the backyard. The setting is incredibly private, quiet, and quaint — truly a place to relax and unwind. The cottage itself is cozy and charming, and the surroundings make it feel like a hidden retreat. The owners live on the property and have been nothing but wonderful — so kind, accommodating, and respectful of privacy while always being available if needed. It felt safe, welcoming, and well cared for from start to finish. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic place to stay. It’s truly a special spot.
