We stayed at this property for 3 months as a small family relocating to Austin, and it was perfect! The neighborhood is safe, family-friendly, and close to a playground and amenities. I especially loved the nearby walking trail. It was a daily treat for me and my dog. The house is fully furnished with high-quality, durable pieces, far better than typical rentals. The kitchen, bedrooms, and living room had everything we needed, and the mattresses were incredibly comfortable. I never had a restless night. Its also just 20 minutes from downtown Austin, making my commute easy. Huge thanks to Jessica, the landlord, who was proactive and genuinely caring. She even checked in during storms to make sure we were okay. Moving in with just our personal belongings, this home made our transition smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

comfortable for long term rental

Stayed at this property for about a month with one of my classmates! It was comfortable and we both had our privacy, very large master bedroom closet/bathroom, kitchen was fully stocked with supplies, office with some basic workout equipment, 10 minute drive to stores/grocery! 15-30 minute drive into downtown Austin depending on traffic. Jessica the landlord was a great communicator.
