Amazing Place, Excelllent Host!

This place was just what we were looking for in Phoenix. A beautiful view with all the amenities you can think of. Sven is an excellent host who is very accommodating. The pet friendly was a huge plus.

Incredible apartment and wonderful landlord

I really enjoyed my stay here! Sven is a very accommodating, friendly, and responsive landlord. I initially rented the apartment for a few months and liked it so much that I extended my stay. The location is unbeatable, and you can get to anywhere in Phoenix in around 20 minutes. The apartment itself is very well furnished and well maintained. The murphy bed in the second bedroom is perfect to switch it from an office to a place to host family and friends that visit. If there were any issues, Sven took care of it right away. The Complex also has great amenities - pool, grills, gym, and a clubhouse with a pool table and a kitchen to host parties. The HOA is also constantly maintaining and improving the common areas. Highly recommend this apartment, and will definitely stay here again if my work brings me back to Phoenix!

Midtown Gem

I enjoyed my time here, and the condo itself was well-kept. The whole complex is surprisingly clean and the maintenance crew are top notch. I loved the pool area, very wide, with plenty of seating and shade for bbq's/parties. (super underrated in Arizona!)
