Worst Experience Ever

Just dont rent here unless you want your 3rd bedroom and garage to be absolutely piled up with the last owners junk and a smelly, dusty place to live. We got to the property and the code they gave us to get into the property was the wrong code and when we called about 6 different numbers after driving 13 hours to get there, they threatened to charge us for a locksmith when they were the ones who gave the wrong code. After getting in, we were met with absolute horror to find mountains of junk downstairs, a bedroom that looked like it was being lived in (with shower essentials and dirty towels and washcloths still in the bathroom and a bed that looked like someone had just crawled out of it), a weird smell coming from the basement that fills the whole place, and rat droppings everywhere downstairs. We ended up getting a hotel that night and had to find another place asap. We were promised our deposit and first months rent back, but STILL havent received it. Neighbor told us that the lady who used to live here died and it honestly looks like the family rented it out without even cleaning her things out. Horrible experience, dont waste your time or money.
