From the moment I moved in, the atmosphere in the house was warm and inviting. The common areas were always clean and well-maintained. The furniture was comfortable and functional, and my room was quiet and cozy. It felt less like a rental and more like a shared home. The surrounding area is beautiful and a great place for peaceful walks with breathtaking views of nature and tons of animal life. Linda's hospitality was the true cornerstone of my positive living experience. She was always incredibly approachable and responsive to any concerns or requests. She routinely checked in to ensure that I was comfortable and happy, demonstrating a genuine interest in my well-being. She treats her tenants more like guests in her home, fostering a sense of genuine care and connection; if you're lucky she may even invite you to karaoke. Throughout my 3 months living with her she was very welcoming and very kind. I will miss being her roommate, we will stay in touch!

Perfect

I needed a place to stay while I was rotating at local hospitals since I live a few hours away. I stayed 4 nights a week and it was so worth it. Linda had great communication and made every effort to make me feel welcomed. The apartment was always clean and quiet. The bathoom and bedroom were nice as well. Linda is a great roommate too. She always let me know her schedule in case it were to clash with mine (it never did but its just nice to know). I enjoyed hanging with her over the months and im sure we will stay in touch. Thank you!

The perfect place to stay

I stayed with Linda for 4 months while starting my new nursing job. Linda was so accommodating and willing to share so much of her home. She is very easy going and easy to get a long with. The room and bathroom are spotless and spacious. She has planned for everything and there is plenty of storage. Parking was very easy to find and I felt safe in the condo space--even when getting up at 4 am to go to work. I am super happy to be going to the next chapter in my life but almost sad to be leaving staying with Linda. It was truly great fun. Thanks again Linda!!

Cozy condo

I stayed with Linda for 7 weeks. She was very accommodating and made sure I was comfortable in all areas. You'll have everything you need in the condo and nearby. Plenty of stores and restaurants. Nice walking and jogging paths in area. Very cute town!

A Wonderful Stay with an Exceptional Host

Linda is not just an amazing landlady; shes a truly wonderful soul. I had the pleasure of living with her for almost two months, and throughout my transition from another state, she was incredibly supportive and accommodating. Lindas commitment to creating win-win solutions and her excellent communication skills made settling in a breeze. All you need to do is communicate your needs, and shes always there to help. Her kindness made me feel right at home this summer as we shared meals, laughter, and countless memorable moments. The condo itself is cozy and ideally situated, just steps away from a scenic lake and canal perfect for peaceful walks. I loved my morning strolls to Gold's Gym, only a few minutes away, which was such a refreshing way to start the day. The location offers an abundance of dining options within walking distance, but if you prefer cooking at home, Linda has a well-stocked kitchen and generously shares her supplies. Lake Loveland is an incredible spot for sunsets, and the majestic Rocky Mountains are just a 45-minute drive away. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here. Lindas place truly feels like home!

Cozy Condo Room Review

L was a wonderful host and was very accommodating. Location is in a great place as its right by the highway and near a shopping center (Target, Dollar tree, In-N-Out, Chick-fil-A). Room is just as pictured as above.
