Wonderful Condo

This condo is well furnished, and includes everything you need to be comfortable and settle right in to your daily rhythms. And while the condo itself and the complex amenities are terrific, the reason this place stands out is the owner Nick. Nick has a great taste in decor and function. He has thought of virtually everything in furnishing & equipping the condo, and with the services that are included. But his true gift is his orientation to assure his guests are comfortable: in addition to the condo itself, the orientation & very thorough info packet are very helpful, he periodically checks in and is readily available for questions, and is wiling to come in person to help when needed. We highly recommend this property.

It felt like home!

As a medical professional, this condo was exactly what I was looking for during my six-month assignment. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and the location is fantastic — within walking distance to the Iron Horse Trail. The unit is beautifully maintained, very clean and fully stocked with everything you need. Nick was an excellent landlord — pretty responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with. The biweekly cleaning service was a wonderful bonus. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it. You wouldn’t regret it! 

Excellent home away from home

We had a great experience staying at Nick's rental. Apartment was set up with everything you need and meticulously maintained with a cozy feel. Everything in clean and new condition. Amenities of the complex were wonderful and perfect for people who work from home. Gym, sauna and pool are great as is being right on the iron horse trail for daily walks. Nick handled everything professionally and is very organized and communicative. Would definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Excellent experience

I stayed at this rental for 7 months and it was a wonderful experience. Nick is a great landlord very responsive and so helpful. He set up the rental so you have everything you need to including a well stocked kitchen and very comfortable bedroom. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful experience!

We placed an employee (Nurse) here for their entire assignment which was over 7 months. Nick is professional, helpful and was always quick to respond. The home is lovely and so was the experience. Would definitely book again!
