PEAK - Serene, Midcentury-Modern Casita near Southpark

I had the pleasure of calling this Casita home for four months it fit all of my needs and I would feel lucky to stay here again. Its nestled away in the beautiful and quiet neighborhood of Lansdowne. The layout of the Casita is perfect, and the style is even better. Access to a washer and dryer made my life so much easier; saving me time and money. Youll have your own parking spot, so you never have to worry about your parking situation. Only a few miles from The Fresh Market, Whole Foods, and Publix and nearby so many wonderful restaurants I found this location to be wonderful for what I needed. If youre in need of a home away from home in Charlotte, the Casita is the only choice!

Adorable guesthouse for 1 or 2!

The Casita is a perfect little gem hidden in the heart South Charlotte! Its comfortable for a single person (like me!) or a couple. The efficiency setup has everything you need including a working kitchen complete with utensils, pots and pans, etc. The bed and linens are very comfortable and the bathroom.oh my! The shower and fancy sink give a spa like feeling to your evening routine. Its an easy drive to a grocery store - The Fresh Market is a great place to grab healthy food and a bottle of wine! In addition, I felt really safe as a female staying in this neighborhood and area by myself. I hope to stay at the Casita on my next visit in charming Charlotte!
