My stay!

The place was fantastic , first time staying in something like that and it was wonderful , great neighbors , great appliances. I felt like I was at home by how welcoming I was when I got there . Wonderful landlords they are the best . I highly recommend!!!

Cute, convenient apt in Sioux Falls!

I had the pleasure of living in a beautifully restored apartment in Sioux Falls for three months, and it was a wonderful experience. The location was incredibly convenient, especially being close to Sanford, which made my daily commute easy. The apartment itself was beautiful and well-equipped with everything one could need. Alisha was not only nice and accommodating but also incredibly responsive to any needs or concerns that arose during my time there. It was reassuring to know that if I had an issue, I could count on her to address it promptly. Safety was never a concern for me, as the neighborhood felt secure and welcoming. I also appreciated the friendly atmosphere within the building. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment in Sioux Falls!

ALL you need and more in this cozy charm no-share space

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful apartment. It was peaceful. I was comfortable, Alisha is easy to talk to excellent communication. She puts her tenants first. The Ac was an older unit when I first got there and I would wake up and feeling like I can't breathe. I let Alisha know and she wasted no time and install a new one. I felt like I was home away from home. I would definitely stay here again should I happen to be in Sioux Falls for another assignment. I love her passion, she breathes life into historic real estate. Just a heads up I stayed here from July 17-December 17 I just wrote my review early because I actually did my last shift 12/11 and leave December 12. Thanks for having me Alisha
