Comfortable and spacious basement!

The owner was gracious to accept my request to stay on short notice. I was very grateful to have the whole basement to myself. The sofa was soft, the memory foam bed was so comfortable, and the atmosphere was very peaceful and relaxing. Their dog is friendly, nice, and won't come downstairs unless invited. Being so close to Belmar with all the shops and restaurants around the area made it very convenient. I would definitely request to there again if I get another contract in Lakewood! Thank you very much for the opportunity.

AVOID

I stayed here for a couple months. The place is infested with spiders. They had a dog that bit me. I didnt tell urgent care about the situation because I didnt want the dog to be put down. No one offered to compensate me. I never pushed it. I got my own condo, so I cleaned and made sure everything was moved. It wasnt perfect and Id be ok if a fee was taken out, but as soon as I ask about the deposit I get nothing. No response whatsoever. Also fun fact, PayPal will not cover deposits. So keep my money. Heres your review. Dont waste your time here.
