amazing stay 10/10

im a travel nurse and had a 5 month contract in tracy, i was the 4th tenant to rent this room and i wouldve been convinced if you had told me no one had rented prior bc how clean and well kept everything was. Chet was super attenuative and responsive to anything that i had needed. definitely would recommend staying here

Excellent Stay - Highly Recommend

I had a wonderful experience staying here last summer and truly couldn't have asked for a better place. The home was welcoming and the room was bigger than expected. I was the 3rd tenet and everything was very clean and organized, which made settling in easy. Chet (the Landlord) was amazing, he was responsive, approachable, and always quick to handle any small issues that came up. The house was always quiet and comfortable, the kitchen had everything I needed, and having a pool and hot tub in the backyard was a nice bonus. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.

I could not recommend this place more. I would have stayed longer but I moved out of state. This is the best apartment I have ever rented. This place has everything. The room is comfortable and huge. Plenty of storage space for everything. The bathroom is convenient and was clean when I arrived. The kitchen was easy to use and had every cooking apparatus you can imagine. Chet is a great landlord. Easy to communicate and get along with. If any problems arose, there were hardly any, he got to them as quickly as he could. The other tenants and his sons kept the common areas clean and were very friendly. The house was usually very quiet. The pool and hot tub were pristine and I enjoyed using them.
