Stylish, Comfortable Townhome at the base of Pilot Butte, 5 minutes to St. Charles

My husband and I have lived here for just over a year. I came to Bend on a travel assignment with hopes of settling down, and this townhouse could not have been a better stepping stone while making the transition and eventually buying our own home. The location is incredibly convenient, with St. Charles, great breweries, and coffee shops all within walking distance, and just about everything in Bend is within 15 minutes. Erin and her family have decorated the townhouse beautifully. It has a cozy boho style with so much natural light. One of our favorite things has been enjoying our morning coffee on the front patio. The home is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The neighbors and street couldn't be better, very friendly, pet-friendly, quiet, and private. Erin has been an amazing landlord: approachable, responsive, welcoming, and accommodating. We couldn't recommend this place more!
