This is a great place to stay for anyone looking to rent near the FT Lauderdale area. It is in close proximity to the airport, quiet neighborhood, private entrance, and lots of privacy. The other tenants are quiet and respectful, The Landlord Andrea has been great to work with from the beginning. The room and bed are comfortable, bathroom has plenty of space, and the kitchen is updated and easy to use. I spent 6 months here and had zero issues whatsoever. I highly recommend staying here, especially if you're a healthcare worker or student. The location is near most hospitals and easy access to the freeway. You have your own parking space, as well as a pool and grill in the backyard. The unit comes with high speed internet, as well as a nice TV and fully furnished with nice furniture. You will find this spot a great place to stay as a home away from home. Andrea will take great care of you during your time here. I highly recommend staying here. TCJ
