King bedroom with nightstands, 2 dressers, flatscreen TV, desk and closet. The morning light through these windows is magic.

Hallway bathroom between the King and Twin bedrooms. Sink with storage underneath, handicap accessible shower and toilet.

Twin bedroom down the hall from the King room. Two twin beds, stand-alone closet, shelf, room darkening curtains.

Kitchen with new appliances, granite countertops and a large sink. Fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots/pans and cookware.

New fridge with ice and water, coffee maker and more.

Queen room with ensuite bathroom. Queen bed, desk, dresser, flat screen TV and room darkening curtains.

Ensuite bath from Queen room. Sink, toilet, clawfoot tub and shower.

Media room with couch (with sleeper) and chair, flat screen TV, new washer/dryer and door to the sunroom. There is a small 1/2 bath off of the media room as well.

The media room comes off of the kitchen and is a cozy space to watch TV and relax at the end of the day.

Sun room with wrap around windows, couch, table & chairs, treadmill and free weights. Beautiful spot in the mornings and evenings.

The perfect spot

We needed a place to stay while renovating our home just down the street from this house. It ended up being the perfect spot for us! The place was decorated nicely, clean, and the landlord Travis was super responsive and kind. Such a perfect option for anyone renovating their home or needing a place to rent monthly in the Wheaton area. I highly recommend this home and host.

Charming home, Amazing landlord

We lived in this home for 9 months and had a wonderful experience. The house itself is absolutely darling, full of charm and character, and the neighborhood is fantastic—very safe with great neighbors. As a mom, I especially appreciated that Wheaton College security regularly patrols the street. The location is incredibly convenient. My husband attends Wheaton College and loved being able to walk to class. We also took the train into the city occasionally, which was very easy, and the home is close to the farmers market and many great restaurants. Travis was an outstanding landlord—respectful, responsive, and easygoing. It was always a pleasure communicating with him, and he was very considerate of our privacy. Overall, this was a fantastic place to live. I highly recommend staying here—this home truly does not disappoint.

Excellent experience

We stayed at Travis house and it was excellent. We were provided with all the creature comforts. There was plenty of space for 3 adults. And so close to downtown Wheaton. Taking the train to Chicago? Only a half mile walk. It was perfect.

Great Place

I stayed here for several months and it was great. Cute downtown area close enough to walk. The college is quiet and the neighbors are great. Hosts were easy to deal with and took care of any issues quickly. The place is clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Comfortable, beautiful, and quiet!

This gorgeous house is in a quiet, walkable neighborhood in North Wheaton. I was in town for an old friend's wedding and stayed there with my wife, daughter and Mother in-law. The beds are very comfortable, there's a cute little desk in one of the rooms where my daughter spent a lot of time drawing, and the kitchen was just what we needed. Totally perfect! We will absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend it!
