Totally worth it!
I stayed here for 03 months over the summer with my wife and absolutely loved the stay. Kiki and Martin are excellent landlords; always available, really kind and respectful. They promptly fixed any issues we encountered and even offered us a night stay at a hotel when AC was not working one night and helped traced my amazon parcel when driver delivered it at the wrong house. The location is excellent as well. Its a safe neighborhood with nearby restaurants, grocery stores (Aldi, Walmart supercenter, some Asian stores), gym, parks all within a 5mins drive. Property is well-kept and well-maintained and if you need anything, Martin and Kiki will arrange it for you.
