I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this townhouse. The living space was clean, comfortable, and spacious, featuring high-quality amenities like a high-performing washer and dryer in the attached shed. I particularly appreciated that the landlord provided essential household supplies, such as laundry detergent and trash bags. Management & Terms The landlord, Didier, was exceptionally professional and accommodating, specifically regarding rent negotiations and flexible move-out notice periods. Both he and the property manager were consistently responsive and addressed any concerns promptly. Key Consideration Prospective tenants should note that utilities (water and power) are not included in the rental price. Overall Verdict I was very satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend this property!

Great Place
Great place to stay! Was super clean and had all the necessities. Large living room with plenty of space with W/D. Was a great place to stay and only 10 mins from shands/UF.
