Lovely place to stay

Paul's place is lovely, and he is a great host. Everything you need to feel comfortable is there. Bedrooms, living room, bathroom and kitchen space all were clean and well taken care of. Paul even gave us tomatoes from the garden, which were delicious! The neighborhood was a short drive from my work, and everywhere we needed to go. I would happily stay there again!

Best accommodation

I stayed at this place for 3 months and it was the best time, its quiet and very comfortable I miss the bed and my room was so private and neatly decorated. I loved the place for the car parking its out of the way from busy roads so my car was safe and secure. The fridge holds plenty of space for all my groceries and it worked fantastic with the water and ice dispenser! The kitchen is spacious and neat, great for cooking all my meals. The bathroom is very decently decorated with double sinks so I never had to wait for my roommate to brush my teeth. Any issues that I had, it was always handled immediately in a friendly manner.. best landlords ever!

The best rental in Iowa

I honestly think this is the best place I've ever stayed! The apartment itself is beautifully furnished and has everything you could need. It's in such a great locationclose enough to town that it's easy to get around, but far enough away that it's peaceful and quiet. Being on a dead-end street really adds to the tranquility. But what really makes this place special is the landlords. They are incredibly friendly and helpful, and they go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. Whether you're staying for a week or a year this is home while you're here. I can't recommend this apartment enough!

No Gimmicks

No gimmicksthis listing is exactly as advertised. Unlike some places on FurnishedFinder, Pauls home is safe, quiet, clean, and fairly priced. It is located on a peaceful cul-de-sac just off the main road. The basement unit includes a fully furnished bedroom, shared bathroom, and fully-stocked kitchen. The other tenant is a respectable Amazon computer engineer. Any professional passing through or student on rotation would be glad to rest their head here. If it is available, book itit will not stay vacant for long.
