This charming coach house apartment is set over a 3 port garage. The garage is behind our large home and is a separate building with it's own private entrance (see pictures). It overlooks neighboring homes with pretty yards including ours. The neighborhood has sidewalks that are good for taking walks. The apartment has beautiful wood floors and rounded doorways. Several restaurants and places to get drinks nearby. The Myriad Botanical Gardens and Scissortail Park are a 5 minute drive away or a 10 minute bike ride away.

Great location and safe!
Central location to everything. I stayed for 2 contracts at OU medical, 6 minute walk from apartment to the front door of the hospital, closer than the employee parking lot! Apartment is over the garage behind the main home, shared driveway with the owners with plenty of room to easily get in//out. Safe location with easy access to everything. Michelle and Justin were very easy to communicate with and always responded quickly. Apartment comes furnished with all the essentials and I felt right at home.I had zero issues during my stay. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!

Book it!
I stayed here for my 2 contracts at OU Medical. The property is very safe and quiet, and you can walk to the nearest OU time clock in 6 to 8 minutes! Landlords were great and very communicative. I had zero issues during my stay here and would definitely rebook if I came back! Highly recommend:)

Cozy spot & great location!
I loved my stay here while working as a travel nurse at OU. An easy walk for me to & from work. Its conveniently located to many hot spots in OKC for dining, shopping, and/or exploring sights! The hosts were responsive to any needs or questions. Would definitely recommend!
