Lovely family!
I highly recommend living with the Teran family! Both parents have been very understanding and hospitable. There were times I was sick and they brought me soup and fruit! Their daughters are also very helpful and good neighbors as well. They respond to questions/concerns very timely and are quick to remediate any issues. They also provide suggestions for the area which I've found valuable as well. I have been living here for a year and would recommend! They care deeply for their tenants and let me in particular have a one month trial period before signing a longer lease due to my work situation.

Highly Recommend
I couldn't have found a better place to live this past year in Thousand Oaks. I toured a lot of apartment complexes in the area, and nowhere compared to this place in terms of price, cleanliness, and the blessing of being pre furnished. It was also amazing to have good utilities, dishware, wifi, and parking, all with no additional costs. All the furniture, utilities, and amenities are new, clean, and well-supplied. The place is very comfortable. The location is also excellent, with no road noise, while being relatively close to highway access. Lilian is a great host and was always very communicative and kind. Also, Lilian regularly scheduled a cleaning service, which was lovely to keep the whole place, including the kitchen and bathroom, constantly clean. If I were staying in Thousand Oaks longer for work, I would absolutely love to continue living here. It's been an excellent experience, and I would recommend it to anyone if they needed a place to stay in this area.

New, quiet and cozy apartment in TO
The listing is exactly as described and I've had a fantastic experience staying here. It feels like home & I love it!! The space is private and comfortable. All the appliances/items are new and a lot of thought was put into the item selection for the apartment (I was surprised that everything I needed was in the apartment). Additionally, Lilian is very responsive, kind, helpful, and very chill. Highly recommended!!!
