This is the one you're looking for. Very Cozy.
Travel nurse here who's been to a dozen other places . The place is extremely cozy and private. Kitchen is very modern and looks great aesthetically. It feels like you're in a boujee cabin retreat in the best way possible. Landlord is very nice and easy going. The patio for outside is so relaxing during rainfall or on a sunny day when the flowers are blooming. Great BBQ walking distance. Downtown and the whole city less than 15 minutes away. If I was ever on a contract again in Portland this is the first place I'd see if was available. 10/10. Stay here, trust me.

Fantastic Place to Stay and Rest!
I was one of his tenants for an extended period and my time there was absolutely wonderful!! He was responsive to my questions, made me feel very comfortable and kept the property beautifully maintained! I even came home one night concerned about the lighting outside to my front door. He ensured I felt safe getting from my car to my door late, he put up enough lights up to see all around me. I was so grateful and also for the speediness at which he got it done. I only asked once and it was taken care of, that kind of responsiveness in a landlord isnt always easy to find! The property I could see he took great care in all the finishing touches!! There was a fully covered front porch and uncovered Romeo/Juliet that had a privacy fence enclosure! The entire place was very private, had a comfy bed, stackable washer/dryer, a huge blessing! All the kitchen appliances were high end!! From the moment I arrived he welcomed me warmly and was incredibly accommodating my entire stay!!

Rick's place was great for my assignment just down the road at Kaiser. Safe neighborhood. Comfortable bed and cozy living room area. Well equipped kitchen for cooking. A/C and heat in a very insulated private apartment/cottage. Rick is super friendly and gives you complete privacy in your space with a shared driveway for parking. He is also quick to respond if any issues arrive. Would recommend if working in the area!
