This townhouse is located in a quiet community of approximately 35 other units within the gated community. The town house is located on the backside of the community with the pool right across from the unit. Inside the unit you'll find a nice sized living room with a kitchen, half bath, washer and dryer hookups and the screened in back porch. On the second floor you'll find the 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

With the current bed set up, can comfortably sleep six but with additional blowup mattress or if we were to change out the sofa for a pullout bed could be up to 10 for a short period

To start Josh was very accommodating with flexibility for my stay. The townhouse was a nice size, neighbors were quiet/kind, and I felt safe when walking my dog in early am. Would stay again.
