I had a very good experience staying in this shared house. Brian is a great host, very friendly, welcoming, and always available to help whenever needed. The house is fully equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. The house is very well situated at the intersection of major roads, with many stores and shops nearby. Downtown is also quickly and easily accessible. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient shared house.

Amazing hosts !

I needed a last minute place to stay( my hotel was way overpriced and reservations were messed up due to cancelled flights). The hosts were kind enough to accommodate me, considering such short notice. The place is so cozy, wonderfully furnished, and most importantly, the hosts are some of the kindest people I ever met . They treat you like family and just are above and beyond, always assist you when you need anything and assure you are comfortable. so thank you so much , I will definitely be back in December !

Quiet and very convenient

Brian's property is great for any tenant looking for stay. It's quiet and clean with plenty parking spot. Brian provide many many cook ware and utensil for tenants to borrow. The dryer and washer are new and free of charge. The location is great as their are gocery store like Aldi, dollar store, Pete's market and Walmart within 14min drive. Macy's and fashion outlet is also with in close distance. Brian is usally in the house and fast to respond any inqury by their tenant. It's being a great experience to stay at Brian's property.

Great place to stay

The bedrooms have plenty space to stay in, have a great layout, and are equipped with all the furnishings that you need for a comfortable stay. The Hosts are incredibly friendly and are always cleaning and organizing to ensure the property is well-kept and clean for the tenets. All utilities you need are included which makes renting here very simple. The neighborhood is very nice. Overall, I was very happy with the room & property during the 8 months that I lived here.
