This was a wonderful place to stay! The location was great, the home was spacious and very clean, and the neighborhood was lovely. The hosts were incredibly kind, and the home had everything you could need and more. I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic spot!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jeanine and Ken's guest house. Its a perfect location in Pineville! Close to everything. Our dog loved how pet friendly the neighborhood was for walking and meeting other dogs at the dog park. Ken and Jeanine are great hosts and super responsive and friendly. We rate this place and our stay 5 stars and wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we return to the area

Jeanine and Ken were amazing, they were very responsive to all communication that I had with them and if I ever had a issue with anything it was taken care of extremely quickly. I would recommend this property to anyone. You are in driving distance to everything. If I ever need a long term stay in Charlotte again. I will reach out to Jeanine and Ken first.

Lovely Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Jeanine and Ken are great and very responsive. The house is very well furnished and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is very walkable. Dog park very near was an extra bonus! We hope to be back.

Excellent Stay

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Ken and Jeanine are fantastic hosts, both extremely responsive and accommodating. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Private entrance, private patio and grill, housecleaning service included, comfortable furnishings, fast internet, just a great environment all around. If it's available, I recommended you book it. You won't be disappointed.

A home away from home!!!

I absolutely loved staying here! The house was clean, comfortable and very quiet and private. The location of the house is amazing, tucked into a safe walkable neighborhood with your own private entrance, yet close to lots of amenities. You can literally walk to a coffee shop and even the nail salon. My fur baby especially liked going to the dog park right at the end of the block. There is also a cute downtown a few minutes drive away with unique shops and a must-try pizzeria! The whole stay was very comfortable and truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen is well stocked, the king-size bed is super comfy and the internet is fast and reliable. The owners, Jeanine and Ken, were so welcoming and helpful. When Jeanine heard I was a runner, she even directed me to some amazing running trails and a greenway that is very close to the house. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in town visiting family. Overall, my pup and I enjoyed our stay immensely!

Amazing stay!!!

From the warm welcome on move in day to the very end of our stay, we loved our time here. It has a private entry, so you can come and go as you wish. The beautiful kitchen was easy to make our healthy meals. The bedroom and bathroom are more than lovely. One of the best things about staying here is the morning/evening walks through the pretty neighborhood. It feels very safe here and being brand new to the Charlotte area, we loved that aspect a lot. The owners are available for questions or concerns (we didn't have any, but I know they would be helpful). 10/10 recommend staying here.
