Nice place but with several issues

Place is neat for studying, and housemates were professional and quiet. I had several issues during my stay. The central AC was always set at 73F and too hot-owner refused to lower it, citing higher electricity costs. Other roommates also struggled with the heat; some nights were too hot to sleep. The owner fixed" it by giving me a very tiny portable AC that barely cooled my face. She never properly addressed the issue. She often wanted to get work done late at night and once asked me to move my car at 10pm-no respect for your time. The coffee maker was full of mold, and she ignored my messages for days, so I had to buy my own. The listing claims the room has a smart TV-it doesn't. Housekeeping biweekly not true; the only cleaning was at 4am when a new student was arriving. It's a shame such a peaceful study spot was ruined by poor management. I would recommend keeping the tenants happy.
