Great stay! Great host!

Everything was setup just as expected. My stay was nice. The unit was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. It is nice and quiet, I barely knew there were neighbors. Pool is nice as well and the club house. Host was very nice and flexible!

Perfect experience

Renting a furnished apartment can be very challenging and the most important piece of the puzzle is the landlord. Anne is simply wonderful at continuously going above and beyond to create a hassle free stay. Just a for instance, early in my stay the AC became slightly erratic. Most landlords would look for a "patch" due to expense and profitability. Anne immediately decided to entirely replace the AC unit, thermostat, blower, etc. How comforting that was for me the tenant knowing that "at Hello" the owner of the property is going to make sure she does everything necessary to minimize any concerns for me. Five star customer service is rare these days and Anne leads by example. David
