Comfortable home, great family friendly neighborhood.

We had a great stay and would absolutely recommend this home. It was clean, comfortable, and well set up for an extended stay. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and very welcoming. The location is excellent-close to Water Street, shopping, and restaurants, with easy walking access to the nearby park and the Black Mountain Recreation Center. The splash pad and water park would be perfect on hot days. Jaime was a responsive and professional host and we would happily stay here again.

Perfect extended stay

My daughter and I stayed with Jaime for 3 months, and it was such a special experience. Jaime is incredibly kind, warm, and welcomingalways making us feel at home. From day one, we were made to feel like more than just guests. Shes also a wonderful mother, and her boys are absolutely adorable! Our kids became great friendsplaying together for hours in her backyard and creating sweet memories that well always cherish. Her home was clean, cozy, and perfect for our extended stay. The neighborhood is beautiful, safe, and family-friendly, with a lovely park within walking distance and a nearby recreation center with a pool for hot summer days. There are also plenty of great shopping and dining options just minutes away. We always felt safe, comfortable, and well cared for. Jaimes hospitality went above and beyond. Were so grateful for the time we shared and would recommend staying with her in a heartbeat!

Loud Little Boys, Only Took Cash Payments, Took Some Of My Deposit Money For Items That Was Never In The Home

I'm a travel nurse who have rented STR/MTRs for over 10 years with zero problems. Unfortunately, this is my first time having a problem with anyone on Furnished Finders, Travel Nurse Housing, or AIRBNB out of 21 rentals. I'm also a owner of a couple of STR/MTRs as well so I understand the policies and rules. I recently rented this NextGen from Jamie. I should have known a problem would arise eventually. First she did not have a lease or knew how to write one up for STR/MTR I had to let her use a copy of mine. Second she did not want to do payments with a receipt she wanted to do cash under the table, she was in child support court with her children's father so she was hiding money from the courts, lawyers and children's father, as a tenured Furnish Finder I should have never agreed to paying in cash so my fault as well. She has 2 little boys very precious sweet boys but they were very much out of control where she could not handle them at all, she does not work outside of the home so no excuse. Most days I got no sleep because their bedroom was above mine so it was like just renting a room and the boys would be jumping screaming while I was asleep. She would have parties where she would have loud music and being drunken. The worst part was she was dating men online getting teenage girls to watch the boys they would leave before midnight and she would leave the boys in the home by themselves until in the morning while she was out dating men. She would also try to cut cost of electricity and cut off my air conditioner on my side of the unit when I would be gone so I would come back into a house with 93 degrees..After trying to help this "single mother" out kept her place in immaculate condition, paid rent on time, and cleaned the rental before I left where she did not need to clean or hire cleaning services she was ungrateful and lied about "items missing" (washcloth/hand cloth and a "throw") that never existed in the NextGen. I use my own personal washcloth and hand towels and everyone I ever rented from on here will vouch for that. As in a throw it never was in the NextGen. Do not trust this lady she is not a good business person. It is other things I can go into details with but I will just say do not rent from her. She needs to be removed off of Furnished Finders or any rental sites
