Great stay

Stayed here for a handful of months, private and quiet very clean. Room was great, host was great, would recommend to anyone.

Quiet and respectful

I am rarely comfortable renting a room in someones home but much prefer to have my space to myself. However, Rich turned out to be a very respectful and conscientious Land Lord and my time in his home was enjoyable and comfortable. He was always willing to help if help was needed but was otherwise very respectful of my space and maintained a clean and quiet atmosphere in the home. I found him to be quick to respond and accommodating. If there was an item of cookware or comfort that I thought could enhance my stay and the stay of future renters he was always open to suggestions. The bed was comfortable, and there was ample closet space in my room. The shared bathroom was kept clean and fresh linens were available if needed. I would stay here again if needed.
