8 min walk to Sanford! Fantastic hosts!
I just completed a stay here of a full year. The owners are fantastic, attentive, courteousand respectful. The neighbors on both sides are easy going younger families. The owners take care of the lawn and any minor issues with plenty of notice ahead of time and were always very respectful of my mixed work schedule. The house is cozy and very centrally located ( especially for working at Sanford). The downtown area is only about a 15min walk and the nearby convenience store is......we'll, convenient! :-)

Great Place!
We stayed Sept-Dec for a contract at Avera McKennan. Loved the basement space, great fenced in backyard, comfortable space. Very responsive landlord if we needed to contact him, and would definitely stay there again if we end up back in Sioux Falls. Very close to everything and really enjoyed our stay!
