The best place to live

I lived here for 7 months and it was beyond amazing. Melinda is super attentive, kind, understanding and the best host. I had 0 issues during my entire stay. Anything I would need, she was quick with responding and always took care of it. I am so grateful to have had her as a host during this transitional period of my life!! It was such a beautiful and peaceful place with no noise. I also felt very safe. The neighborhood is super safe, quiet and there are a lot of stores near by as well.

Excellent Long Beach Stay

I had a fantastic experience staying at this location. New, very clean, modern, cozy, everything was wonderfully prepared in the room. The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and El Dorado park is nearby where I was able to take breaks throughout the workday and go for a walk. Melinda did an excellent job of providing everything needed within the unit. I would absolutely stay here again and I highly recommend to anyone!

Amazing place to live!

This property is an amazing spot,cozy and comes with everything you need! The owner is so sweet and has had my back and helped me when I've needed it most. I'm a third year medical student doing rotations and this property allowed for the space to study and the comfort and serenity to focus. There's more than enough available parking and a cozy outside space as well! The space has everything you could need for someone traveling for work or also in school. The apartment also comes with all the amenities or tools you could possibly need! She's really thought of everything when it comes to fully furnished. I really don't think you could go wrong here!
