Fabulous 2.5 Acre Find in Fair Plain, MI - Nestled in Between St. Joseph & Benton Harbor

I had nothing but a great experience here(sorry if this is a duplicate review website being weird)

This home holds a special place in my heart as it was my 1st travel assignment as an RN. Upon arriving, M and her lovely clean home, quickly made me and my furry fam feel at ease. Petey (my pup) and I particularly enjoyed the breezeway, which kept the cold air out, and the large fenced yard for those evenings when it was too chilly or too tired for walks just open the two doors and you're set.The creature comforts here were top-notch! Two large smart TVs made it effortless to stream stuff from my phone or laptop ( not a fan of cable). The fireplace was cozy and the smart washerdryer was amazing and did all the things. Since it was just me and my fur babies, I used the 2nd bedroom as an office which had a peaceful private view of about 2 acres of yard, trees and fence. One of my favorite feature is the houses on this street are privately spaced out, and not the expensive cramped spots you find in St. Joseph proper.Super close to the hospital, BEACH, and both downtowns.

This property will always be special to me because it was my first travel job. I have nothing to say but great things about M and this very clean and chill property. The house is privately tucked away, lots of space between houses not crammed in like in st joeseph plus double the cost (no thanks). The fenced back yard was perfect for Petey (Petey approves) and made my life easy in the winter time.Just had to open the door and let him out through the breezeway without bringing cold air to the rest of the house. Since it was just me I used the second bedroom as an office and loved the windows and view of the huge back yard. The two big tvs had a chrome cast and roku so I could just stream right to the tv, I don't have cable so this was perfect. If you want to be super close to St Joseph area and don't want to pay st Joe prices this is your best bet and you won't be disappointed with your experience here.
