Quiet Cozy Abode

This cozy apartment was all that it was advertised to be! The space is clean, pleasant, pretty, and comfortable. But the best part was the attentiveness and caring of the landlords Mike and Gail. They went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen has all the appliances needed to cook a nice meal. The mattress is great and the water pressure is good. Even though this apartment is in the basement level, there are large windows on the back and small ones on the side that let in plenty of natural light. Looking through the window is a view of a beautiful yard and flower gardens. There are several places in the yard to sit and space to roam around outside. Another great benefit was having our own driveway! I would highly recommend this apartment as it is a great deal for the $$! Thanks, Mike and Gail, for a fun and pleasant stay!

The Perfect Summer Housing!

I was lucky enough to stay here for 3 months during my summer internship, and I am so grateful that I did! Mike and Gail were the most welcoming landlords, always willing to help or down for a good conversation! They provided everything I needed to stay there comfortably, plus peace of mind knowing they had my back in case of any emergency -- I felt very safe living alone there. The apartment is comfortable, clean, and well-decorated and laid out. The yard is scenic and beautiful, plus they provided me with my own driveway and outdoor seating area. The location was perfect -- only 15 minutes from Buffalo, Niagara Falls, and so many nature preserves and parks around the area! I highly recommend staying here for anyone wanting a beautiful studio with wonderful, accommodating, and caring landlords!
