THE BEST APARTMENT IN DENVER

I have stayed in dozens of Furnished Finders, and I can say with confidence this one is a rare gem! I started my stay almost two years ago and this condo is a big reason I fell in love with Denver. The price is great for everything that is included! This is a perfect location — so walkable to tons of restaurants, stores, museums. You can walk to all of the big parades and celebrations near the capitol building. Somehow, even with all of the joys of the city so close, surrounding blocks are never super busy or loud. The secure parking space included is a huge plus! Street parking can be tricky - there is a paid lot close by for my visitors’ convenience. Everyone in the building is very friendly and respectful. I’ve never heard any noise from the adjacent units. The layout makes it feel so spacious, and the bedroom gets so much natural light! The landlord is amazing. She is very responsive and truly just a joy to talk to. I hope future tenants find as much joy in staying here as I have!

Great spot to stay in Denver

I loved staying here! The owner was so nice and had great communication. I came out to work remotely for a few months, and this place was perfect. It's a great location in Cap Hill, it's super walkable to parks, food, and restaurants, and was very comfortable during my stay. I needed a place with parking and laundry, and this condo had both. This is the third long-term rental I've lived in while being in Denver, and this place was by far my favorite! I would highly recommend renting this space if you are in Denver looking for a long-term rental.
