Very homey & welcoming apartment

I stayed in an apartment in this great building for 2 months due to a relocation to Minneapolis and needing a place to stay as I searched for a new home. The apartment itself is so warm and homey, the owners really put effort into making it comfortable and well-maintained. Both owners were so kind, accommodating, welcoming, and checked in with me several times to ensure I had what I needed. They are also very communicative on city related things that come up, and answered questions via text quickly as they came up. I work from home and it was the perfect spot - very quiet and good wi-fi. I highly recommend any unit in this building and with Rozlyn & Ryan!

Comfortable Apartment in a Great Neighborhood

My husband and I stayed here after moving from North Carolina and it was the perfect place to get our bearings and call "home" while we completed our home search. The apartment had everything we needed to live comfortably and the area is quiet and convenient! Local grocery and restaurants are close, with a favorite breakfast place walking distance (even when it was cold) Access to the highway and shopping is very convenient and the neighbors on the block were very friendly. Landlords are communicative and helpful and made our stay very comfortable - highly recommended.

Beautiful Home & Perfect Location!

I stayed in this building in July & August and had a wonderful experience. The unit was lovely, super cute and lots of natural light. I loved the location - the neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, and is walking distance to Dogwood Coffee and the river trail. Ryan & Roslyn were both wonderful hosts as well - they made sure I had everything I needed, were kind, and responded quickly anytime I reached out. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Minneapolis.

Fantastic stay

My husband and I stayed here for 3 months and the apartment was fully furnished with everything we needed. It's very close to the clinics and hospital U of M east bank, I highly recommend this apartment if you need a place to stay close to medical facilities. The landlords Rozlyn and Ryan are fantastic. Very accommodating and helpful. You couldn't ask for nicer people to rent from. If we are back in town we would definitely rent again from them.

100% would stay again

I stayed in this apartment for a month and had a great experience. It was very comfortable, with everything I needed to feel at home. The kitchen was well-stocked with pans and utensils, making it easy to cook during my stay. It was on a quiet street and the neighbours were lovely. The owners were excellent communicatorsquick to respond and very clear with instructions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Very comfortavle stay

I stayed here for 5 months and it was a great stay. The hosts are super nice and made me feel welcome and comfortable. They are very friendly and responsive and were intentional about making sure I had everything I needed. The space is cozy and secure, the neighborhood is quiet and I felt safe there. I'm from the area and it's in a great location, close to transportation, freeways, stores, parks, the river, trails etc. There is also a backyard that was really nice to sit, hang out and walk around in with my dog. If I'm back in the area in the future, I would definitely stay again!

Cozy and Bright

I called this property my home for three months in Summer of 2024. The moment I stepped foot in the door I was greeted by wonderful light from the entire wall of windows. Many details made it feel very welcoming and safe. The furnishings were so comfortable and the area is extremely safe. Tucked away on a side street but very close to the major freeways, it's a great neighborhood to take walks. Ryan and Rozlyn were wonderful hosts. If something needed to be tended to, I would hear back from them that very same day, usually within an hour or less. The price is very fair, and if I ever need a furnished rental in the future I would definitely return to Ryan and Rozlyn's place.

Homely and Friendly hosts

The apartment was very much home-like. It was well furnished and had everything we needed. The starter pack like toiletries, cooking condiments really helped us ease in. That was very thoughtful from the hosts. The apartment is a 2 bedroom, with both bedrooms has full beds and living rooms has a good couch and a smart TV. I was working from home and when I requested an extra desk for my work setup,our hosts Ryan and Rozlyn were very understanding and provided us the desk within couple of days. And throughout our stay, they always provided help and answered any of our queries promptly. The property is indeed located in a very quiet and silent area. We felt very safe and there are ample parking space. Since I was new to Furnished Finder, Rozlyn was very understanding and patient with us. We are very glad we stayed at this place.
