Excellent rental home and excellent landlord

My wife and I stayed in Shawn's home for approximately 5 months while we were waiting for new home to be completed. The house was clean and very comfortable. Had a little problem with the master shower leaking some - but the problem was quickly resolved. Other than that - no other issues or problems over the entire 5 month period. Great neighborhood and located in a great location convenient to stores, medical facilities, good restaurants, great park system. The landlord, Shawn, is very professional and always responsive. He lives about 1/2 mile from the rental and if anything is needed or if there are any questions - he comes within minutes. Very friendly and a breeze to work with - received return of full security deposit upon departing. Great to work with regarding legal contractual agreement too. Very good value - and a very fair rental rate. I recommend for either short or long term rental.
