Best landlord you could ever hope to have. Period. Attentive. Thoughtful. Kind. Etc etc etc. Renting from Martha is a no brainer. The property is in great shape and well decorated. Everything you need.

great stay
Apartment was clean and had everything you would need. I stayed here while doing a rotation at the hospital. Apartment is in a great location, and only a 5min drive from the hospital. Landlord was very nice and welcoming. Would highly recommend.

Best place to stay for an away rotation
Phenomenal place, very close to the hospital. I did an away rotation for general surgery at MCG and this place was perfect. Quiet area, 6-minute drive from the hospital. Great amenities and great staff.
