The Landlord was very responsive and the home was clean and well equipped. Enjoyed the beach and the terrific ice cream , bagel and pizza places up the street. Great retreat

Denise is amazing. She responds promptly to any question. Cant beat the location. The house is just as described. I highly recommend renting this home.

The owner baited us w promis of summer rental through the winter rental, even though it was rented. On Easter weekend the lawn company dumped all the garbage cans onto the lawn using the trash cans for grass clippings. We had to cancel our party w family. The lawn hasn't been cut in over a month, thus prohibiting us from using the property for mothers day and no the upcoming memorial weekend right to celebrate is ruined. We were not offered a walk thru and owner intimated they will not be returning deposit. The place had holes in the walls, wasn't cleaned properly and smelled like wet dog, so much I refused to put my $7000 rug in the house, as it stinks. Flooding and bug issues. Id suggest sleeping in your car
