Tenent
I stayed over at Margo's for my 8 weeks contract during the worst winter months in Bangor! Margo made everything So smooth and easy for me! From the day that I would be moving in, she was telling me what precautions I should be taking in the snowy roads of Maine because she knows that I am from the sunshine State. Margo went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant stay. She sure exceeded my expectations. She is always available when I needed her. She even takes time out of her busy schedule to show me around Bangor. Very fun and sweet lady to he around. She really takes care of her tenants. The neighborhood is very quiet. Apartment is well kept, nice and clean with everything you need. Apartment is in walking distance to the hospital and very close to shopping center. Margo is now listed as best Landlord on my contact. I will definitely recommend her place , and her hospitality is top notch . Margo! Thank you for a pleasant stay in Bangor!
Wonderful experience
We stayed in this apartment from Sep-Jan and we had a great experience, Margo is a gem! She is extremely professional, helpful, and communicative. She goes above and beyond to care for her tenants. The house is quaint and cozy, older but well maintained. It is very close to EMMC (8 minutes walk) and central to many stores and restaurants. We felt safe and cozy throughout our stay and the neighbors are very kind and respectful and look out for each other. Thanks for a wonderful experience, Margo!
