Sunset view with amazing colors from patio and bedroom never gets old.

Follow the "river" walkway to the right, the path is lit by solar lights, auto-on rope lights, and a motion sensor light. Be mindful, as there is sometimes a gutter extender attached which directs water away from the foundation. If attached it is marked by an orange cone and lights.

Front door to Retreat. Bench to sit and remove shoes, hook for wet coats & umbrellas above the bench. Please enjoy the many amenities, but do not remove from the Retreat.

Spacious bedroom lounge with rocking chair. Queen size bed has mood lights. Light on timer, feel free to turn off at bedside or unplug from timer.

Front door into spacious bedroom/lounge. Black-out curtains, Queen size bed, 2 benches for luggage, 2 chairs, rocker, large closet, smart TV. Please remove shoes, indoor slippers provided to keep the floors bare-footable.

Turning the light on in the large closet with French doors creates ambience.

Large closet with robes, extra blankets, electric lap blanket, beach towels, patio umbrella, folding work table, books, games, hangers.

Roomy shower with vintage mint green tiles, 2 shower heads. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and many other amenities. Please enjoy, but do not remove from the retreat.

Living room built-in desk , vintage wall shelf, retro decor, & Space Needle 1962 Worlds Fair framed poster. House manual, local info, books, and art. Enjoy amenities, but please do not remove from the retreat.

Front yard with huge evergreen tree. A favorite spot for squirrels, eagles, hawks and Peregrin Falcons.

Famous Alki Beach with view of the Space Needle is a short drive away. The Water Taxi is a fun way to get downtown.

I converted their rustic art studio into the Retreat. I like to think they'd approve.

Eagles love to perch atop this historic Cedar tree.
