perfect!

I stayed here for about 3 months with my boyfriend and we absolutely loved it! The location is perfect, so central, and lots to do in the area! The place itself is very clean, comes with all the stuff you'd need to live, and is very cozy! The neighborhood is safe as well! The beds are both very comfy and so is the couch. You even get a covered parking space! I would recommend buying the transponder if staying here for long as the gate can sometimes get backed up. But otherwise, I would 100% recommend staying here. (:

Book this place!!

This condo felt like living in a luxury motel! The primary bed is maybe the comfiest bed I've ever slept on. The spare room bed is also super comfy! There are tv's in both bedrooms which worked out really well. Again, luxury hotel feel! The entire condo is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The couch is huge and makes lounging and movie watching a dream. The water pressure was wonderful and the amenities at the complex were great - 3 pools, hot tub, 2-floor gym with sauna (which is right across the parking lot from the condo!), super safe gate access, and the landlord, Rick, was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. I also work from home and there was a dedicated office alcove that was the perfect setup. I would recommend this condo to anyone and if we find ourselves back in Vegas, we'll definitely be booking this place.

A Fantastic Stay!

We had a lovely stay at this condo! The layout is spacious and well-designed, everything was spotless, and the place was fully stocked with everything we needed. The hot water and water pressure were awesomea pleasant surprise! The location is convenient, just a short walk to Durango Casino, which made for some fun outings. The community gym and hot tub were great amenities and never too crowded. The porch was a lovely spot to relax, and the couch was way too comfortable (in the best way possible!) Everything exceeded our expectations. (It was every bit worth all the paperwork!) Wed recommend getting a transponder if you require quick access in and out of the community, as the visitor line at the gate can occasionally back up or freeze. Excellent Experience at the Las Vegas Desert Gem

It was absolutely as described and advertised by the owners, Richard and Efi. The condo was spotless, nicely decorated, and well-furnished. It was also well stocked with EVERYTHING you will need for a short or extended stay - kitchen supplies, sheets, towels, etc!! Communication with Richard was easy. He was very attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The location is excellent - close to everything. The SW side of Vegas continues to grow with new things to do and new restaurants almost weekly. The complex felt safe and was very quiet. We would highly recommend it!!!
